CCHPS groups its services and initiatives into three programs:

1.  Local History — research projects into topics of local historic interest, such as our Undine project, Lennie’s Monument, and the “genealogy of a the house” at 103 Park Avenue in Charlevoix.

2.  Preservation — particularly of public (township) records at risk of being lost to deterioration, but also building preservation (the 1910 Water Works Building in Boyne City), and preservation of oral histories through our Voices from the Past project.

3.  Public Education — our popular History Speaker Series and other public events, and various publications.
